Location is great but we arrived and sat in unattended table that was very dirty and I asked to be cleaned but they didn't clean properly and the location is nice that many ppl come but service is slow and not professional which is really strange for Starbucks cafe in general.. disappointed experience. Hope they get it improved in the future

This star bucks is great with indoor and outdoor seating, so you can smoke with your coffee also you can see burj khalifa partial view while sitting outside. Starbucks is always one of my favorite place for coffee. So highly recommended. Staff in this branch is very helpful and friendly.

Good to visit with car because there is the parking place on the basement of the hotel. It has some for visitors. And we can enjoy the vies of the burj Khalifa just sitting on the table.

Plus behind the Starbucks, there is one small play ground. If your kids get bored, we can take them to play there.

It has a toilet inside. But needs to be cleaned.

Super dirty and i took this pictures on 6:50 in the morning.
So literally no body cleans the store at all !

This is a really great Starbucks, in between two buildings in the centre of business bay in nearby burn Khalifa. When you’re driving by you’ll notice that there’s another Starbucks across the road which you would need to take a U-turn for in order to get there so this is a better option without making a U-turn it’s towards the right there isn’t a lot of parking so if it’s busy you just have to park on the road get your drink and come back out.

It’s the perfect place to sit in and enjoy your coffee while watching Burij Khalifa and surrounded by trees and birds
