I really do appreciate employee named Tsewa for voiding the whole transaction and redoing it without any complain. He’s been very kind. Good job to whole team for delivering exceptional customer service.

Love this SB branch, it's my second office, and I come here very often! Staff is soft-spoken, hospitable, dynamically professional, and their coffee brewing consistency is second to none! Michelle, Suren, Stephen (and other staff members who happen to be there) are outstanding!

We ordered two coffees and at the counter the assistant reached over and gave us a waffle and said “this is for you, one for you and one for her”. This was one pack with two waffles. Later in the invoice we noticed he charged us dhs10. When challenged he co firmed that this was not a mistake and he definitely charged us for this. I was shocked if his ill intent to make a sale without my consent. I was totally unimpressed the way he did this and I believe that Starbucks is encouraging this malpractice. Beware.

Great ambiance, good coffee. I love the taste of Starbucks coffee but for some reason it's not as hot as I like it. So if you l ik e very hot coffee then mention it wen you order. Sandwiches are worth a try too.

Great location! Great service! Friendly staff. Socially distant seating. Can get busy though. Tried the Burnt Caramel and it’s pretty good.

One of our usual Hangouts for a coffee and a cookie fix after long walks in festival city mall.

We loved the classic iced mocha frapuccino, thicker than expected.

We always check out the seasonal drinks on offer, as new drinks are introduced every quarter or so.

The cookies are good as well, thought we prefer them a bit more moist.

A place to get your daily caffeine dose, with fast service.!

I order capacino no foam. They gave ne capacino full of foam. I asked them my irder was no foam. The guy get angry. He made new one but very nad. Just hot milk. And made the cup full that spelled all over us. Very bad taste.
