The coffee is great. Smooth rich taste with no bitterness. I love the festival city space it has great water view and the staff are warm and friendly.

I have tried the black coffee only so far
And i loved it.. high quality beans and medium roasted
The atmosphere is okk, sevice is very good , prices are high

Tried their cinnamon swirl cake dessert in 2022 when I visited the chain, immediately after arriving again this year in June 2023 I went straight away to the festival city mall just to have this dessert again- it is absolutely amazing, so delicious and unique, I have never had this combination in my life- this is a game changer and I wish they told me the way they make it, staff are friendly and very nice too.

Great place with very nice coffee blends, pastries are very good and staff was in good mood and professional. Plus the view is awesome and they have 4 confortable couches.

They tend to serve coffee luke warm in Dubai, maybe because of the heat. The place was lovely, Its perfect view of the lake where festival of lights happens every evening after sunset...
Nice chilled place.

Tried for first time and all was as expected and even better. The quick staff took care immediately after sitting and orders were pretty fast. The coffee is nice, fresh croissant and dessert was delicious. Come and try, it's worth to try ☕️

Location is nice, but a bit noisy as surrounding is open. I tired carrot cake with one of their special tea. Tea is nice , but I felt cake is not fresh, plus the time I visited they had very few options for sweets.
Staff is friendly and warm welcoming.

Price is reasonable

We went right before iftar so the place was empty . Staff was wonderful and assisted us with the menu and availability of food . Coffee is really good with different selection of beans. They got nitro brew and even cold brew ice cream . I would highly recommend this place . You can even buy merchandise from there and coffee beans if you like it .
