i Went to this bank a few days ago to open an NRI account for myself, but when I asked the reception member there account open related some question, he did not explain anything to me properly.

After that I went to the counter, there was no staff there and even if there was one, he did not tell much.

I found SBI to be the worst bank ever. Its service is neither good in India no in other countries.
*** I Never Recommended Open Bank Account for this Bank..

Honestly ,I can not believe why there are so many negative reviews. I visited this place on July 6th and I must say ,I was amazed by the services. The staff were polite, patient, welcoming, helpful. They were carefully listening and answering all the questions one may have. The services was done at lightening speed, I was done in less than 15 minutes.

Bank timings in Ramdan is till 2.30pm only. But these lazy people do not have time to change the timings on Google Maps, and even customer care is also misguided us by mentioning the wrong time of closing as 5.30pm.

So the timings in Ramdan are till 2.30 pm only.

I traveled from a long distance to reach there at 5 pm but was surprised to see that timings chart on closed door of SBI in Dubai.

Honestly I dont think SBI Dubai deserve ~2.5 rating. They deserve less than 2 for sure. They never answers the call. My application to open an account is pending since last 2 month. Not sure whats going on?
I tried calling multiple times but no luck.

I am trying to call them to find out documents required for some bank work but no one is answering the landline .
I called at least 10 times since morning , this is really very disappointing to me and in this case I will have to visit their which 02 hours work .
I hope senior management from SBI will look in to this kind of bad service to customers .

Great experience with SBI Dubai Representative Office. Highly qualified staff and Professional service with human touch. I am grateful to Ms. Ruchika Datta, Receptionist and Mr. Shri Vikram Roy Choudhary for their kind guidance and end to end support for conveersion of resident a/c to NRO account and also for new NEW SB account opening process.

SBI employee is no different from home country branch , you call them they won't pick the call.If you go there they will give you hard time asking different documents.
