Went to festival city yesterday to avail the sale offer. unfortunately, there was only one staff on the floor.
the store was a bit busy and so i kept my calm.
There was this customer ahead of me who kept shouting and telling the staff to fold her items nicely,hence kept on asking for other sizes that the staff kept repeating we don,t have.
To cut the long story short,Mr SHADI DARED, the cashier was very professional,kept his calm from the irritating customer and this was amazing customer service.

I don't recommend Superdry, i brought them tshirt has manufacturer fault for replacement as their policy, but they pushing me come just next day as manager is off .. and when i came again next day, they said the warranty expired already

They have good collections but not easy to pick as they are keeping different models together,and not visible clearly.
