I was in Astoria hotel with my brother and we just want to go to sur sangam and the security guard was so rude that he told my brother where u want to go?it was rudely spoken and also not respectful...I just want to tell everyone here please don’t give them to chance to take your advantage and also if the guy is thinking thats his so rude and he will not respectfu...this is not good customer service

1st June 2022, you will not excuse me, I will not stop for a minute, in fact I will not stop at all, I can get change from the machine, I will not get out, you will not call somebody, you will not get anything, you was not being nice, not good in any way, I will come back. Customers do not exist, you do provide change there, you are not the manager, managers do not exist, now I failed to get the amount of 10p’s I wanted because of you, worst arcade ever.

Won a football t shirt out side the store. Manager told me that they wil send the t-shirt to my home adres. They never send it, response on nothing. They are big scammers waste of time and a waste of money

This Arcade is ok the Manager Richard tall skinny guy is very Rude I was playing Dizzy Chicken the camera was not tracking the ball properly so your not winning right amount of Tickets. I told staff they called Manager Richard over he said the machine should have tape on it he Accused me of taking the tape off which I never did. Sometimes Richard pretends to be friendly most of the time he is rude and unhelpful.

Don't bother, staff is putting prizes back on coin pushers after someone played it so you will just waste money.
I was shocked and asked staff member and he said he was employed to do it! Appalling.

Liked this arcade. As it’s a bit further down it was less busy than the ones at the bottom of Pier Hill. Worth the walk.
