I called this morning to fix an issue I had with my printed and was guided by Mr Mohammed step by step in how to solve the issue. Thought the problem was toner ink but finally found it was something else and now the printer works perfectly. Though, in case of toner issue next time I know where to go. Very good customer service. Thanks again and keep it up plz!

I talked to Muneera with regards to toner refill in our company for several large scale printers and although My problem had already been resolved her help in rechecking was greatly appreciated. Support and information were more than adequate.

The customer service + the staffs knowledge + the price in this shop is SUPER GOOD!! I called this shop at 7 am on Saturday and the business owner / the staff doesn't mind to explain and recommend what is the best printer and ink or toner to use according to our printing needs.
