Got some truffles, brownies and Ketogenic breads from Sweet Lane. I am not a chocolate or sweets lover but when I tasted their cakes and cookies, I was totally hooked.It's guilt-free because of their healthy ingredients. Definitely, a unique bake shop and a place to visit if you're looking for excellent quality and delicious healthy delights when you're in Dubai. ❤️????

On March 9.. Dear valued readers,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with sweet lane cakes. I had ordered a big cake and cupcakes for a special occasion and was looking forward to enjoying them with my loved ones. Unfortunately, upon receiving the cupcakes, I noticed that two of the toppers were broken.

I immediately messaged sweet lane two hours after the delivery, hoping for a solution to the issue. However, instead of offering any assistance or empathy, I was blamed for not checking the cupcakes before accepting the delivery. I found this response unprofessional and not at all helpful in resolving the issue.

As a customer, I believe it is the responsibility of the delivery service to ensure that the product delivered is of good quality and meets my expectations. It is not my responsibility to inspect every aspect of the product before accepting it. The broken toppers not only affected the aesthetic appeal of the cupcakes but also left a sour taste in my mouth due to the poor response.

I hope that this feedback will be taken constructively by Sweet lane and that they will take steps to improve their service quality and customer care. I urge others to consider this experience before choosing Sweetlane and I recommend that they opt for a more professional and reliable provider.

I came to try their keto cakes and sweets. It was ok. Nothing extraordinary, but it will do the purpose of you are craving a sugary treat
. Their pistachio cake was the best.
P.S. their prices are incredibly high ! I am not sure it's worth the money.

Yummm I got keto cupcakes just the best! Loved it. I wish there were more keto eateries in town. The cupcake was only 2 net carbs. They also have healthy Nutella and other nut spreads just so yumm.

Very good experience! Texted them in the morning to order and they managed to bake me 50 cupcakes and deliver it the same night for me!!! Amazing customer service from mel too via WhatsApp and of course the Nutella one was truly amazing

Although I'm not on a diet now but watching my sugar intake. The taste is 100% better than any other place , at the beginning I thought is expensive but it deserve every dirham! The Nutella donuts are to die for ,the chocolate cookies are amazing looking to try the other options .

I ordered a keto vanilla cake from here and I couldn't be happier! I don't live in Dubai and I ordered it and had it delivered to a party, and due to last-minute changes in plans, I had to change my order the night before the delivery! Imee was extremelyyy nice,, extremely patient with me and very professional! I had some design customizations in mind, they did it wonderfully! the cake was amazing, the packaging was amazing! I would definitely deal with them again Big thanks to Imee for putting up with me on the phone through all the plan changes!
