So Talabat blocked my account without notifying me or giving me any reasoning. Upon getting in touch with customer service several times I came to know that it was because of multiples cancellations. I emailed their customer service and even received a call from them and I explained to them that the cancellation was because of a restaurant listed in their app for pickup, which in fact wasn’t available for a pickup service and I was made aware of it by talabat and they said they would fix this in their app and refund my money via talabat pay. So, now they have my money and they have blocked my account and their customer service representative Mariam told me on the phone that the account cannot be unblocked because its system generated and they cannot refund my money. So, in my opinion this is very misleading act and it rather makes them a cheater and not a very efficient way of conducting their business. I just wanted everyone else to know what they have done with me and also let Talabat know that I have filed an official complaint with Consumer court department of Ministry of Economy.

they are the worst, they say grocery in 30min but they take more than an hour and no tracking for talabat mart where is the transparency? You take a service and delivery charges and we expect a better service. A big x on you talabat

Very bad service, no follow up on cases, missing items, no refund, ignorance from management, they refuse to talk to customers. No solution. Be carful everyone and check the items you are ordering after receiving them as they don’t send all the items within the paid order. I had five missing items and i placed many complaints, no one cares. The worst application ever

I ordered eggs more than 5 times and from 24 eggs I got 16 and the rest are broken ????! And I can’t rate talbat mart on talbat

They have a good service for others, but for their mart, very bad .. and you cant even rate them .. they send products about to expire, eggs always broken, milk always about to expire .. YOU CANT RATE OR GIVE FEEDBACK AT THEIR APP ..
