To be honest their service is really bad, the customer support is very weak however I was saved by the manager himself once I raised the complaint and he took care of things himself for me, so competent and kind, he made impossible , possible for me which I’m grateful. I wish Tanagra could have more people like you, mr Malaz Al bitar. Thanks for all those chasing and your time. I do appreciate it.

High end goods, low end service. I'm not sure, maybe its the way we was dressed (jeans and a t-shirt) when we entered the shop we were totally ignored by the staff despite the fact there seemed to be a plentiful selection of them who were more interested in staging pieces rather than welcoming clients. It was early January and I was interested in purchasing a couple of Fornasetti wall plates that was my first pic followed by 2 pieces of glass a small blue turtle for my sis and an amber coloured vase with horses heads. Eventually some one did attend to us however everything just seemed an effort and too hard so I left empty handed and annoyed. (My sister had already left the shop disgusted with our lack of service/acknowledgement). Worst treatment I've ever received in the Emirates. Would not recommend, would not set foot back inside.

Situated at the top floor of the mall of the emirates it has a big selection of luxury goods.
I had my Dupont lighter fixed there without any charge due to a misunderstanding occured.
Very professional.

One of the worst tanagra shops ever.. I hope they release the pregnant lady from this job because she doesn’t deserve to work there .. she lied to us about a piece that was in the store and she told us to wait for it . After 25 mins of waiting she told us the piece that we order is reserved when we asked her to see it… she refused because she already sold it for another client

Service is very very slow
Thay told me it take 1hr
But they take more then 3hrs just to pack gifts
My point is if you cant do on time please don't tell this much time to someone
Seriously really bad service
