We waited for 42-minutes for two kids meals and four mango/peach pies. Despite there clearly being a problem in the kitchen, the cashier continued to take orders.

Finally, after getting our order and going home, we found a hair curled up in the piece of chicken of one of the kids meals.

We completed a survey via the Jollibee app a week ago, and no one has bothered to respond to us yet.

Took a while for a food to get ready after it arrived, the rice bowl tested watery and chicken had weird textured and made my tummy funny after.
Did not enjoy it at all !

No wonder why most of the reviews are unbelievable. Orders are not organized, staff were obviously confused and not sure what to do first, waited for more than 40mins for just a “fries”, nothing special tho. And why you implemented number system if you shouldn't prioritize the customers who ordered first.

Jollibee is one of the largest fast food chains in Phillipines with over 1000+ stores internationally & is famous for its fried Chicken Goodness.

Tried their branch at MOE as the main store branches are very very occupied & Ordered a variety if Items including their fried chicken in both original & spicy along their very famous Spaghetti, kids nuggets meal for my daughter, & their newly launched rice meal.
.
The Spicy Chicken has the kick to the core so if you love spicy food, this option is for you.

Ordered 2-pc Chickenjoy with Spaghetti which is inclusive of a beverage. The Filipina staff was polite and friendly. The food was also nice.

Everything you want from a store and a little bit more easy. Parking easy drop off for taxi, very reasonable. Priced an absolute pleasure to spend with your family. Don't miss the opportunity.

Their chicken is no doubt spicy compared to others and it tastes , but they do some major issues.
1. It is not that cheap
2. The family deal, they offer spaghetti and that too with beef sauce. Most people dont eat so you must provide alternatives.
3. The family deal itself lacks fries/coleslaw/buns. Buy separately and the price shoots up.

The food is always great, but I wanted a delivery in arabian ranches 2 but unfortunatly the location was not covered for delivery. We tried reaching call center for assistance through whatsapp and they were able to assist us promptly to deliver in this location mean while it would be more better if arabian ranches 2 will be covered for delivery, especially that 2 months ago it was listed for delivery on talabat, but now got removed for our area, even though they still deliver to arabian ranches 1, which is only few minutes away.
