I have seen your reply on my post but i cannot reply to your reply , I understand that not all your branches have this service but they should at least give me the whole information, not deny having it AT ALL , this missing information leaded me to wasting many days and end up running around trying to get the information that they were supposed to provide me from the first place . I made my question very clear asking if they have this service and she said No Tasheel DOES NOT provide this service instead of saying OUR BRANCH does not provide . Please make sure they know which services they provide or at least give the whole information. I will be complaining to the officials regarding this issue as well .

It's very good service, i really enjoy the class without any problems. And the class controling guy received me very nicely and the total staf also make me happy. I am really glad to take the class at here.
