I think its very unfair how the company is the person to lose out everytime. We pay the license we pay for office we pay the quota we pay the visa we pay the tax. But wen it comes to labour doing their side off work they work opposite. Instead of doing medical first they do last, so if the persom is not well we lose all our visa money spent on them plus we need to pay for their ticket to go home. So company lose 7000aed. It would make sense if they say yes you can swap the visa over to another person. Another thing is if you hire someone on a 2 year contract that individual should finish that 2 year contract, not decide if he wants ti leave he can give notice. How does that benefit the company wen theu have spent 7000 and trained someone and now they have experience another company wants them. If you sidned a contract you should finish that contract or pay the company back 7000aed for the visa. I think all companies should get together and have a meeting and let's make the government put out new laws so us as companies do not suffer. Their is so much more i want to say but will wair for a response first.
