Lots of free parking in the 'Park and ride' car park, including plenty of ♿️ spaces. ♿️ friendly ramp, and easy ♿️ access to trams at all the stations I passed through. Quick and easy travel!

Large free car park with disabled spaces and cctv. No toilets. Disabled ramps are very long. Ticket machines are quite difficult to understand and you can only purchase 1 ticket at a time. Tram information isn't clear either. It was clean and tidy.

The parking area for the tram station is quite large and has plenty of spaces but as you enter the station you notice litter everywhere, and foul smells

Metro link perfect
Issue is ocean parking fine me and my partner for parking even though we have valid tram tickets appeal refused due to do called tram was running even though tram cancelled after 9 p.m. we arrived at 8:50pm tfgm remove ocean parking as ripping people off for use the tram at Radcliffee

Plenty of parking now that the carpark has reopened. Platform usually smells of weed due too the number of people smoking it in the morning rush hour. Also needs security there to stop the constant vandalism to the ticket machines and tap n go points.

Been some time since I have used the tram. Prices now reasonable instead of the ridiculous £7 for a return. Good parking and regular trams.

This stop could do with an upgrade, signs of anti social activity, that said the tram was on time and clean inside. On my journey I had my ticket checked twice which was good to see
