It's definitely an amazing business center that aligns perfectly for new businesses or small companies. The front desk lady (kamar) is amazing, and the housekeeping staff (mehdi ) is always handy and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone; especially as it also offers an accessible location and fitted with the high standard offices.

DO NOT RENT OFFICES THERE. THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU BACK YOUR DEPOSIT. THEY COME OUT WITH ALL SORT OF EXCUSES.

You will have excuse to get the security deposit after the tenancy period. Waited for 3 months still not paid. It is not rent, refundable security deposit, it is our rights to get it back. If you are a good company, return back the Refundable Security Deposit Money. Don't try to take the rights of people. Not at all Good for your Business.

Its Trap !! they would sign you for 1 year contract & than they would not contact you for renewal even if you remind them, than they would come up with sudden increase in rents, when you plan to leave, they would charge you penalty amount for non renewal & wont refund your security deposit as well claiming much higher amount from tenant.

We rented with them for 2 years at time of our trade license renewal in October 2021.

We met the lady at the reception who informed us the rent has increased, so we refused to renew hence request for refund l.

We have been following up with them for 2 month with no luck they refused to pay us.

It's a shame for a big oganization like Tesla to cheat on small business.

So whoever's renting from them please be advised on tesla tricks.they will not refund your deposit.

And also the reviews with 5 stars rating are all fake....you can see 20 reviews with 5 stars review posted in 1 day.

Because we wrote an honest review.

Today Update 10-01-2022

The lady call and requested for the reviews to be removed, or they will complain to Authorities.

If you are reading this we will not remove the review till we receive our deposit back.

I dont know how they hired the lady who answers phone calls
She is totally lost and dosen't know who is renting in the building that she works in/for
I wanted to compliment against the worst company in existence VIVA EXPRESS
and she said that she might of heard such company name
From where I am Customer service comes first, clearly not in this place
