Like the name the building is situated in the heart of business bay, Parking your car might be difficult or else the building has pay parking system. Accessing the building from parking is little walk but the looks and cleanliness of the building is highly appreciable. There are many offices in this building and for getting access card to access the building can be though the reception.

The building has so many offices .. parking is a little problem ..it’s chargeable around aed 10/ hour..building office have good view
