Sanjay from the cafe at The Tea Lounge will give you exceptional service and will cater for all your needs. I've been staying in the area for the past 3 weeks and without hesitation Sanjay will provide that world class service time and time again, which is one of the biggest reasons I come back every single day!

Elegant, fashionable and superlative tea house in the very heart of Dubai downtown.
Classy and welcoming at the same time, delicious afternoon tea assortment...with very mouthwatering and "sinful" sweets.

This place has amazing atmosphere overlooking Burj Khalifa and elegant settings. Most of the services are good except for today that I waited someone to hear my order for 30 minutes. This is not first time as I come here often as resident and it started in recent months. Very disappointing with the new female waitress.

The cafe from tea lounge is serving the best coffee in downtown areas the server name Sanjay is so cheerful and make me come again and again I would recommend this place to you come and enjoy the vibes

Amazing view of Burj Khalifa, love the interior design of the venue, very elegant. Staff are very welcoming, special thanks to Rueben for taking care of me. The dessert counter is a real temptation, must try the hazelnut cake! Thank you

Try one of the best afternoon tea in downtown. Excellent food & beverage and team. Enjoyed the whole experience and definitely recommend this place with amazing view of Burj Kalifa
