It was an amazing experience especially with the guidance of Heina. I would definitely suggest her if you need advice regarding the products that are suitable for your skin. Was in a double mind whether to visit or not after reading the reviews but it was definitely a 5 star experience I got from the time I entered the store. Thank you and keep up the good work. Will be coming back for sure ????

The body shop located at burjuman is one of my go to stops to get great skincare. My shopping experience is always the best because of Ms Hina. She is a wonderful employee who helps us with product selection and answers any questions we have about the same. She has recommended many products to me that have worked wonders for my skin. I would suggest everyone to visit the store and thanks to Ms Hina for her helpful guidance.

The customer service was absolutely awful. The staff were unhelpful and rude, and she didn't seem to care about helping me find what I needed. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for good customer service.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to raised a complaint regarding your staff (Hina - Shop Burjuman), when i entered the shop and i was trying to try the tester and the staff was behaving very rude and she was telling i am not supposed to open or try the tester? Whats the point to put a tester if the customer not even allowed to touch it? She was behaving rude to me by saying “ hello why did you open the tester? I was telling shouldn’t i be allowed to tester? She was just mute and showing her attitude as if she don’t care!, I believe it is in your best interest to please take strict action regarding the above-mentioned matter.if you need any further please contact me. Many thanks. I am trying to check the products how ever she was behaving as if i am not able to afford and not allowed to touch it!!

Having our school reunion there on April 1st for anyone born Sept 1961 to Sept 1962. People are friendly & helpful at Club. Lovely big room for functions.

Will give review after I've been there the bargoed support very good the ground it's a park fenced off not ideal but when you consider they saved this club from extinction with hard work can only wish them well
