Worst customer service. What an unbelievable attitude from one of the Sales Attendants (Burjuman branch). Anyone from Higher management or at least the training development department can teach your ladies in this branch how to properly approach the clients.

I will never recommend this store.

A very pleasant and happy Christmas shopping ???? done at the Victoria secret branch in burjuman mall.. please do mee thr Staff Name SHILPA really help ful and really kind. Professional with the customer and goof selling skills update us in each and every promotion that was available and gave us alot of options.. if you go and shop from this store definitely ask for the staff Shilpa you will never regret shopping with her.. her choices and suggestion are the best choice. Thank you Shilpa ???? for the wondefrul shopping.

I went to your branch and buy 12 pcs of perfume. I ask the cashier if she can give me the small bag of 8 pcs she said yes at first but suddenly change her mind per her she can only give 4 pcs. :(

I visit yesterday, the shop, really so poor customer service for one of big brand, the lady in cash counter she need to improve her customer service, no greeting, no eye contact, so disappointed!!!
