Amazing place to buy and sell luxury authentic items. They have unique pieces and sometimes you can get a great bargain. Staff are very polite and helpful, I always enjoy my experience with them.

I’m checking on them whenever I am looking for something which are not available in the boutiques anymore and I always get. Their prices are reasonable as well. Make sure to follow them on Instagram and grab as soon as you see in their stories coz their products are selling so fast.
Special thanks to Jeanette who is very responsive even if she is not on duty yet.

Outrageous!!! Shoes were destroyed when I picked them up !!!

-Items were not accepted as there was no purchase receipt (gift).
-Collection timings of the non sold items where only during working hours(10-1800).
-When I went to collect them items were not in the store, information was given to me that they will give me a call and items will be send to my residence. After not receiving a call , I had to call them (no answer) email to ask about my items , and on their reply now they wanted to charge 30aed for delivery.
When I received my dolce gabanna sneakers they where melted in the front and in the back.

Joan of Mushrif Branch is very accommodating and she asked your particular needs and she will update you with the new items or if there are items that is similar to your needs. Great customer service!

its always amazing buying from the closet . It is trusted with very good prices & helpful team ! i almost buy monthly from them & all the girls there are so co-operative especially Mariam. I highly recommend them if ur looking for trustworthy authentic place to buy & sell luxury items .

Majority of the items were in good condition. Staffs are accomodating but in my experience, Ms Jeannette is the best one. She is so helpful and reliable and always there to assist me in everything.
