I would like to share my experience with the team at Emporium Shop and Pre-Loved.

If you communicate, visit the shop or purchase anything from either the Emprorium shop (new items) or Pre-loved (used items) this is what you can expect.

Communication: social media, whatsapp, telephone:
Prompt feedback even outside regular working hours. Always polite, kind and competent.

Visit the Emperio shop including their Pre-loved or Emporium Shop:
All items are of a high standard in terms of aesthetics and quality and price is competitive. It simply a wonderful experience.

After Sales’ Service
And finally, once you have purchased an item and organized delivery you are thrilled to see the amount of care that goes into protective wrapping the items. Also the delivery team deserves praise. So professional and polite.

A wonderful shopping experience from from start to end.

I have a shelf/wine rack, dining table and bench, console with shelves, tv centre and most importantly a custom made coffee table. The designs are fantastic, simple and elegant. They're not flat and plastic, with the natural grains and character of the wood speaking volumes and giving character to any space. I whole heartedly recommend this place. The staff are super helpful and the owner is fantastic. I asked for modifications on my pieces and they obliged without hesitation. Do not go to any other furniture store until you've checked out The Emporium first.

We had two custom pieces made from The Emporium - a Barnyard Dining Table and TV Unit. Both turned stunning.

Mike - the owner - didn't just want to make and deliver, he wanted to personalize, design, and make us happy. With both pieces being unconventional cuts and dimensions, Mike made each piece work for our specific space. And they both turned out perfect. The Barnyard Dining Table looks as if it was plucked from straight from the fields of a Western cattle ranch and the TV Unit is the ideal bend of modern design and rustic finish.

The staff we're very friendly and accomodating, helping to make sure that the wood colors worked together and that we were completely happy before placing the order.

After years and years of living with your typical commercial furniture, our home finally feels like OUR home.

If only I had read the reviews before going! Unfortunately, it was unacceptable experience. I bought dining chairs for 1800aed. The lady in the store did not mention they have no return/no refund policy-which is not expected in Dubai. I got the chairs and realised they do not fit with my dining table, due to my miscalculation. I immediately got back to them and they refused to take the chairs back. Note that the chairs were still wrapped/not used as I took them from the store. I was shocked to hear no return, and although it was mistake from their side not informing me, they did not do anything about it. After multiple times calling and asking for the manager, they never got back to me. Truly horrible for such and expensive shop.

The emporium did amazing job for my custom made chairs. I bought a table that was already made and on sale.. Janet was very helpful following up with the workshop even on her days off.. Thanks a lot, Janet.

Mike and the team went above and beyond to deliver us a gorgeous hand made dining table that exceeded all our expectations. The quality of the oak is superb and the workmanship is absolutely perfect. I would recommend The Emporium for custom made wooden furniture to everyone and we will be shopping here again.

We had wonderful customer service at the Emporium and were delighted with our handmade dining chairs and stunning outside wooden table. Everyone is very helpful in the store and we were even invited to where they store all the pieces of wood so we could choose everything from scratch and make this one of a kind table. The products they sell are of excellent quality. We are delighted and highly recommend these lovely people. Support local, this is a family run business.
