Just ordered this for a friend in Dubai, when I’m based in Bahrain.

The process was super easy, they helped me with everything via WhatsApp.

I ordered the birthday box that included a cake, truffles and cookies, and the packing came out super cute

We've been hooked ever since our first order, three years ago! SugarMoo is DELICIOUS with a wide range of options. Their vegan selection is also impressive. More, they offer speciality cakes with custom designs they make to meet your expectations (from favorite movies and characters or photos you provide for inspiration). They are quick to respond to any questions and always accommodating. I can highly recommend them whether for a sweet snack or custom creation.

We had a year of good experience with sugar moo , I did every month mini cakes for my baby till 1 year old and them the full cake and amazing desserts for her birthday party. Not only everything looks perfect. They taste even better, which is a rare thing to find. so I recommend them 100% with confidence

The pistachio and saffron cake is delicious! The shop has a beautiful cake scent once you enter, We were preparing a last minute celebration and they saved us by having the pistachio cake which is usually always sold out. (They added a candle on side)

Our time ordering from Sugarmoo but definitely not the last! Conversation through WhatsApp was easy and friendly. My girl loved her cake and so did all of the guests, it’s didn’t just look good, it was tasty and juicy as well! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Wow is all I can say! I wanted to make a very special bday order for my partner in Dubai (I’m in Tokyo currently) and wanted to make some very specific personalized requests. Maria was the staff member who helped me and she was outstanding. Her customer service skills were second to none and I really appreciated her kindness and patience getting it just right. I was very happy to hear that everything was delivered with care and on time, and that everyone in his office was drooling looking at all of the cupcakes and the birthday cake that arrived! He said that the Chocoloco cake in particular was super delicious and just the perfect amount of sweetness- not too much at all. Thank you to the team for making his birthday extra special and when I am back in Dubai, we will definitely be coming to the shop and ordering more goodies from you. Thanks again, it really meant a lot.
