Really happy with the service provided.
I booked appointment online to replace just 2 rear tyres, but then decided to change all four. Halfords Eastleigh team did all four wheels in about an hour, while I was enjoying my coffee with dessert. And on top, they did a quick check of the car and sent a report via email. Thank you

I often use this garage and also impressed by their friendliness and efficiency, but today they went the extra mile and very kindly helped me out with a quick, minor issue that needed sorting asap, fitting me in at short notice when they were clearly very busy. The kindness of the manager and receptionist was very much appreciated, thank you so much! What brilliant service

Absolutely rubbish service. I had great service from Halfords shop when I went to get wipers replaced. The wiper arm needed replacing.
1)The guy went to the garage and they were too busy with paperwork to book it in! Really??
2) The shop guy took my details and gave it to them-
heard nothing.
3) Rang and was told it could be done while I waited- about 30-45 mins.
4) when I went was told it would be over an hour. Then transpired they had not even ordered part - so was clearly going to be well over the hour! Apparently I should not have been told I could wait that is not a service they offer.

I've used this autocentre for a couple of years now for MOTs and repairs (thankfully few of the latter), and the staff are always friendly and helpful, prices reasonable, and they keep you well informed of progress/completion. Would highly recommend.

I had an absolutely amazing, top class experience the second I walked in to the garage at Halfords Autocentre Eastleigh, and would never go anywhere else to get my car fixed or MOTd.

As a young female who doesn’t know a lot about cars, it can be daunting to try and find a garage that doesn’t try to swindle you or rip you off. Finding this place has been a weight off my shoulders, as I feel like I’ve found ‘my’ garage. Drew, Debbie, Stuart and the team all made me feel so welcome the moment I came in, explained everything every step of the way, and couldn’t have done more to make me feel like I was in safe hands, and leave feeling like I was driving a safe car.

I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service and kindness, and will actually look forward to my next MOT, rather than dreading it months in advance like I have in the past!

Would recommend here to all of my family and friends in a heartbeat.
