We had a negative experience with the manager at Kana Cafe/Restaurant Business Bay branch in Dubai. While you found the food and team to be good, the manager's attitude towards both the team and customers was disappointing. Effective communication and professional behavior are essential in the hospitality industry, so it's understandable why this would negatively impact your time at the restaurant. Hopefully, the management will address this issue and ensure that guests have a consistently positive experience in the future.

Unless for shisha consumption, I do not recommend this place.
The only good thing was the juices, freshly served in a generous quantity.

We went for a chicken pizza, not that it was bad, but it tasted like everything except pizza. It was more like a "gratin"

The service is slow, I asked for water thrice before getting it after the food was served.

This might sum it up ????

The Kana cafe has become one of the more prominent places in Business Bay and it has many things going for it like its size, its atmosphere, the nice seating, its location but for me Kana has never been my place because I don't smoke Shisha and during my last visit I was also disappointed by the juice I ordered ????

If you are looking for a vibrant place in Business Bay, I would still recommend the Kana cafe

A well spend weekend evening at this place. The staffs were amazingly kind. Huge seating indoors to watch live sports. Outdoor seating with stunning lake view.
Their jumbo shisha is a must try . It lasts more than 3 hours .
Also we had their seafood pizza, Stromboli and steak tacos.

Google map to this place is kinda tricky. They have a massive outdoor parking but it gets full most times.

Amazing Place , its our favourite cafe in dubai.
The food is amazing, service superfast , the fresh juices specially are great . Price/ Value is amazing! We love the shisha specially the jumbo head , it stays few hours without burn and 100% taste. Amazing location and great view.

The manager specially and the staff are very professional and friendly. If i could give more then 5 stars i would definitely do. *****

A wonderful, huge, modern and amazing place.
I love the shisha and food , it’s amazing . Location , staff and quality of everything is perfect. Kindly regards to the manager who always make all our wishes come true and gives us the best experience. Highly recommend and kindly regards from germany

My friends and I have frequented this café for more than ten years. The place is crowded with people and disturbance. The prices are also very expensive. Shisha is also very ordinary and expensive. I do not recommend visiting, the food is not good, and there are no sweets or good juices.
