The restaurant is very small. I dined with my colleagues. Seating capacity is limited and the ambience is not that great. Food was good. I would specially recommend the momos. Thai green chicken curry and fried rice was also good.

Horrible branch! I made an order through Talabat for Sweet and Sour Prawns. They had no option for any additions on Talabat so I called the branch and told the waiter to add some cashew nuts which he agreed on. The order arrived without cashew nuts so I called again to complain. He said we cannot add cashew nuts so I said why did you say "OK" when I asked then? Give me your manager! The branch manager is useless, he said ok now what can I do for you? I said you tell me!! You made such a simple mistake for a simple request, what CAN you do for me? He said next time we'll add more cashew nuts. I said there will be no next time! Appalling customer service!

Don't bother ordering from this branch is you have any special request to be made, they will ignore your request and their branch manager should be a waiter not manager as he has no sense of customer service or any manegerial skills!

Food is served fresh and warm. Great taste and good quantity makes up for the average ambiance. ????

Avoid this charger. Always too busy, slow 130kw (shared between 2 stalls) chargers and expect to queue for 20-30mins at least. It’s a busy spot and I’ve contacted Tesla who have emailed back to say they intend to do nothing about it. Disappointing.

Only 2 super chargers share with four outputs, nearby good food at this service.

Overall great location and charger worked well. Only downside there are only 4 stalls - could do with more but good amenities onsite.

Decent. 4 V2 superchargers in a good location for M11-ers at the hotel round the back of the service station. Busy, ish, first time I went but didn't have to wait. This picture is my most recent visit, despite the car saying reduced service. Although maybe that meant it was reduced rate of charge, wasn't highest V2 speeds I've had.

-1 star because they should put more stalls in here / for the M11 in general.

Great experience, took us 55 minutes from 60 miles to nearly full tank, good amenities nearby, so grabbed snacks and coffee while changing. 2 hours of parking free. Got a lineup of Tesla when we where leaving.

Very busy, only 4 chargers in a popular location (near airport) Also I was only getting 63kw so the charge took a while
