Przepraszam, ale chyba jakiś deb*l wystawia 1 gwiazdkę temu miejscu.
Miejsce przepiękne! Ma potencjach. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna ! Uwielbiam to miejsce ! Owoce pyszne, drinki również !

I booked with British airways to travel from London to Dublin but it was operated by Aer Lingus and to be honest I was afraid it won’t be good because of the bad reviews but to be fair I was surprised how good it was! Yes it was late both times from London to Dublin and Dublin to London but besides that the aircraft is very neat and clean, seats are wide and comfortable, there is food and drinks to purchase, would be better tho if they gave water for free. The staff are nice and very polite, smooth take off and landing and my flight from London to Dublin on the 27th of February 2023 the landing was PERFECT! the pilot landed perfectly we didn’t even feel the tyers touch the ground and for a person who travels monthly or almost monthly that’s impressive!

I’ll give them 1 star (rather than zero) because at least the plane didn’t crash. But every other aspect of the trip with Aer Lingus was a disaster and this airline should be avoided at all costs. They lost our checked bag, and their customer service is essentially non existent. Imagine Spirit Airlines but worse. Worst airline experience of my life.
