Have been coming to YinYang almost 3 years already for my nail extensions and I'm truly happy with their service. The ladies are very friendly and booking an appointment is easy. I always see Yolina, she is very quick and gentle with the file, and does my nails perfectly.
I also feel that their prices are very reasonable considering Dubai's general overpriced services. I've recommended to many friends and colleagues to try YinYang and they have been happy too.

Worst salon I’ve ever been to. Get your nails done literally anywhere else.

One of my nails was broken and instead of just making the other ones slightly shorter, the woman cut all of my nails extremely, ridiculously short without asking. It was not necessary to cut them that short at all and unfortunately I did not realize until it was too late. I don’t think my nails have ever been this short in my life, my fingers look weird.

Edges of gel polish near the cuticles on both my hands and feet are really poorly done, not neat work at all. Polish on toes does not sit flat like it should and edges on the the big toes are very bad. Not professional quality at all, worst I’ve ever received.

I will probably need to go get my nails repainted at least, unfortunately will have to wait a long time for my nails to grow out again.

Gel polish is very poor quality and has a weird chemically smell to it. I’ve gotten many gel manicures and never smelled anything like this.

Salon itself is unclean and the chairs are covered in nail dust and dirt, not cleaned anytime recently.

I love to get my lashes with Ellen in the Salon JBR Sadaf. I’ve been coming with her for more than 4 years and she never disappointed me. One of the best professionals in town, very friendly, professional, charismatic..
If you’re thinking in booking an Eyelashes extension appointment, book with Ellen, you will defo not regret. Highly recommend ????

I had two lovely ladies Joice and Rosalind for a pedicure and acrylic refill. Both ladies were friendly, professional and thoughtful. Can highly recommend ⭐️

I had very experience with them. I walked in on time & while I was doing my nails, the receptionist stopped me to tell me that I cannot do my desired nail designs because they have a customer in 30 mins. I left the salon with no polish on my nails! I am very disappointed with their customer service because she was supposed to tell me that she couldn’t do my nails from the start. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The Salon at JBR, I have been going there for almost 5 years and always do Glitter on my Nails (10 Nails) with no extra cost.

I do only pay for my Combo Gelish + Rubber Base but never for my Glitter as I don’t do Nail Art - it is just few glitters at the top of each nail.

Then, today I got shocked by charging me AED 25 on my Glitter (as attached picture) which I have been doing for almost 5 years with the same technician … What kind of attitude is that for a loyal customer?

Ladies at the reception have always the noise up (not sure what the reason is) and the Manager apparently does not speak with the customers to recover.

Not sure what kind of service they are offering now and I am very disappointed (it is not about the money, it is the entire situation).

Additional to the above, they got new Gelish Machines which are not good quality to the extend my nail polish does not stay that long like before. Is that kind of trick here?

Maybe it is the time for me to look for a better service!

My daughter and I had manicures and pedicures as a holiday treat and we’re not disappointed. There were 4 lovely ladies who did our nails. Unfortunately I can only remember the name of Chia but they were all extremely friendly and polite and made the whole experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this salon.

Booked for nails and lashes and walked from my house along JBR only to be told I did not have an appointment! After 30 minutes of arguing and exchanging screen shots of the messages FROM THEIR OWN TEAM telling me to go to the Yin and Yang branch they very unhappily found someone to bring me to the Rixos branch where I also had a terrible experience. Avoid, unprofessional, rude staff who can’t even communicate with each to her never mind customers.
