What a great service from Lan and Lavina I had ManiPedi and very satisfied with their service! But the only thing that makes me unhappy is the receptionist. Not approachable and very rude. I said “ “Hi” the moment I arrived no response, I was standing in front her while she was on a phone call ????u200d♀️

And after the service I paid and said “thank you” to her and she just ignored me! What a great personality.

But 5* for Lan and Lavina ????

My favorite spa at all time in Dubai. All the staff are very friendly and do a great job. My favorite is THUN , she is a master piece in nails and lashes. White Room is my #1.

Went in for a keratin treatment, she used a blue product on my blonde hair which completely ruined my hair color and also fried my hair. The manager and owner were not helpful at all and wanted to call the police on me because I refused to pay for a service that literally damaged my hair and forced me to go to a different saloon and dye it dark. I am very disappointed with the management and how they dealt with the situation.
100% do not recommend.

Went for a mani pedi and waxing and thuan was truly lovely ☺️ expert at waxing and also lovely and patient we were done before I knew it!
The mani pedi was also really great !
Really recommend this place thanks again for the lovely service ☺️

I am so happy and satisfied with the spa services from the white room. The customer service and the ladies are always fantastic with their job. My nails and hair always looking great. The girls always try to accommodate my demands in a timely manner. Every time I leave the spa I feel rejuvenated and don’t want to leave.

I’ve been going to this salon for several months now and the services are always professional and the ladies are very experienced. It’s a wonderful salon which provides great services. Highly recommend!

I love the white room spa! Professional and friendly staff, great service and best prices in the area!
I always come for blow dry and manicure/ pedicure ( I recommend Alishba and Shakila for the hair, they’re amazing!)
I highly recommend it! ????????
