Green heaven in Dubai. This community comprises of low rise buildings, Beautiful big sized apartments, breathtaking views from big sized balconies and terraces. Just love this place???? can't get over it's beauty!!

Residential community nicely tucked away behind the main road in Motor City.

Mix of villas and low rise apartment buildings.

Convenient area to live close to supermarkets, First Avenue mall, restaurants, mosque, GEMS Metropole school and nursery.

A bit of a labyrinth so you might get lost of couple of times at first.

Community swimming pools available.

Very noisy area in case there is a race on the nearby autodrome.
