Wow place is very nice..........

Store is not very big but it will manage great job guys keep it up ...

Variety is very less one thing is good collection are good which I really like....
Best part of this Store one side you can see e the Mall of Emirates and another side is Lulu Hypermarket evening time ????

Out side view was so beautiful

They dont know the meaning of "thrift". Price of shoes are like mall retail price, the difference is they dont know some of their shoes are fake. Real talk.

The shop is okay but the The staff in Al barsha branch is very bad in dealing with customers. Sometimes you shout at me and sometimes they blowing and more than once I ask to speak with a manager, but unfortunately they are happy that there is no manager, the worst treatment at all.me and my friends no longer go to the store because of them and their bad and provocative style as if they were the owners of the place To be respectful with the customer, it is better to give them training how to treat customers.

I like to buy items in the shop BUT the staff is Worst of all worst customer service!! Staff don't know how to talk with customers in a polite way!! For the management please trained your staff how to deal with customer nicely and in well mannered way. Your staff dumpy grumpy face, rude and unfriendly Especially the 2 Filipina small ladies ..

Nice store they don’t have lot of varaity but still good stock , they should make little bit big space because it’s so much small and can’t adjust in this covid situation, staff it’s ok normal need to be check on them time by time there is no manager also so it’s kind awkward because no one is checking on staff how they r with customer dealing but I would like to recommend my friends and colleague to visit that store

Gave 2 star for value for money. But very sad to say there is this Philippina (in the second shift) very rude the way she speak. I entered this shop n see something for myself. By mistake the hanger fell from my hand, I thought of put the top back to the hanger, this lady with very rude tone told me just to keep down the hanger u cannot put the top since u see the hanger is broken. I said ok , and asked her to help me remove one of the hanger from the top since I could not reach. She pushed the small stool with her leg towards me and told me to climb on that n remove by myself, I told her I can't climb sine am heavy. She then removed the top and gave me . I was having a look at the then this phillipina lady told me this is small size , it was a very big flare top so I was wondering how it's small it looks big when I saw the tag it was written L. This made me feel very bad. Just because am fat she spoke to me like this I felt really bad and told her thank you . And left the place. We are her customer she should not be so rude with her customers.
