I was impressed at the instant customer service when it came to all aspects of the passport renewal process - from the photograph to the form filling. I fully recommend West Bromwich Post Office and I will call again because the staff are fully attentive to customer needs. A first-rate service, I give them a five-star rating.

This PO is fine when it's open. It seems to pick and choose it's opening hours. Many times I've gone and it's closed which is poor when it's the central PO in West Bromwich. I would sooner walk the extra half mile down to Bromford Lane PO in Barton St.

Just went in here and begged the cashier to change a 50p so I could get 20p to use the public toilets. The lady at the till of a post office refused saying they don't give change. Surely a post office can change a low amount, it's not like 50p is a huge amount.I was desperate for the toilet and I think she was way to dismissive. Extremely unwilling to help a guy desperate, I'll never go in there again, a little humanity wouldn't go amiss

Rubbish service by two women!won’t be coming back there!i went to get my kids passports done first took my daughters where I was lucky the gentleman with turban was so lovely and helpful took my my stress out the window!got my daughters passport done by electronic no problems and I then told my son to go and get his done I was working that evening so I couldn’t go with him my older son went the women sent him alway saying nope can’t do it u won’t get it back in 3 weeks so I went the next day same again I told her just get it down the rest is my problem the worse come he’ll won’t go on the holiday he booked in 3 weeks time for 3 days Greece and then the women go no still can’t do it he young on photo I said he is a front of you can’t you verify!they said no with a smirk on there faces like they can’t wait to laugh as soon as I left.my daughters passport came back in 4 days electronic so there the women lied firstly and second I phoned the passport office they said the women could of verified the phone and done it electronic because I done it by post it’s not coming back until June 4 weeks time .so he going to miss out on Greece. They need to know there stuff and customer service with a smile.

Staff are absolutely rubbish. I had checked online for postage dates for 2nd class mail to reach before Xmas and they said I had missed the date and needed to buy 1st . This was a complete lie. My partner has had problems before too. They will overcharge on 1st class letters when you don't need to. So be aware. Check online before you go for charges. They need to sort themselves out. Instead of helping customers to be economical they will overcharge. And this isn't helpful or honest.
