Nice place to visit to have some quick bites and coffee, it is less crowded on weekdays. Service was good and the items we ordered were delivered pretty quickly.

The staff was very rude , 4 person stay talking doing nothing, one cashier was taking payment for one clients , then I ask one off them can please prepare sweet until cashier busy , he was busy with talking each other… 3 times we said excuse me , they don’t hear.. then when I start fighting he answer fighting and say stay in the line , and there’s no line … I took video that there’s no one waiting, he start screaming that not allowed video …
I always come in Jumeirah brunch but here first time horrible !!! Staff not trained normal …

And the most bad thinks the sweets was dry not fresh , and giving sweets in the box without bag ????

The service provided was definitely mentionable here, cause BOM took sometime off to suggest things that we would love ( after understanding our likes). It was a delight to be served and I thoroughly enjoyed the ‘Spanish Latte’ - cold that I was served just to my liking.

Thank you so much for being so hospitable and making the evening good with this ✨

A definite place to take a break during your stroll in Dubai Outlet mall or pick it up on the go !

Stopped for some snacks with coffees, drinks and doll donuts. The food and drinks were perfect and we really enjoyed it. Thank you

Honestly, one of the worst services possible. The staff who helped me was extremely rude and was pretty much acting as if I’m doing a favour when buying something. What’s even worse was that this individual was a brown person like me and literally turned their character around when it was a white skinned person who they served next with all the smiles and thanking in the world. I’m someone who lives in Canada where Tims is basically the live stone for coffee and even there I had never seen such a service as horrible as this. The drinks were not bad but yeah, horrible service.

Tim Hortons in Dubai Outlet is located in the center court just right in the entrance.
I love their donuts, tuscan chicken sandwiches, and most especially, their vanilla coffee.
Service is fast and very good and friendly staff.
Highly recommended for all.

Coffee is extremely far from "Coffee".

Tasteless and no aroma. Very poor compared to other shops in Dubai.

It felt like I was having hot water with milk.
