The counter Indian guy is very rude and non polite. I was forced to leave the store because he did not cooperate with me. All I'd ask is to leave my bag next to the counter so that I can do my shopping inside puma store freely without disturbing other costumes, yet he refused without any reason.
All other sport stores I've been to this day were very cooperative and happy to help except puma Outlet Store.

First time to deal with Puma and really disappointed.
I requested an online order
For football Jersey on 27/01/2023 for my son.
I received only the T-shirt without the white short.
During my purchase I confirmed from the detailed product specifications that it is a full Jersey including the T-shirt and short.
It arrived without the short.
So disappointed. Not recommended at all.
