My favorite coffee place in Dubai , location is nice with a view to SZR .

In many ways I like the place. Mainly for the vibrant cool atmosphere. Have options in a small place as it can offer TH’s sandwiches & coffee. Hungry? Try the pizza at the outlet next to it. No mood for coffee and not hungry either? Try the cold stone coffee. Nice clean outlet. Toilets available too. I find it very relaxing particularly on a weekend afternoon

Nice place to chill with free parking

Food is affordable and always served fresh.

Next time you visit Tim Hortons JLt, look for Baseem, very friendly and always smiling :)

Great place, great service. Good for having a tasty bite, as well as a cup of coffee. This place is suitable for casual meetings, friends gatherings, as we'll as family. It contains some other shops around: Sbarro (pizza) and Cold Stone (ice cream) which is convenient. The place is clean, with indoor seatings only, as well and a drive thru service. Parking lot is available outside, but paid (RTA), They do have an underground parking, but it might be closed (may be because of the limited spots).

I actually wanted to review this place for the staff - really sweet and very very helpful. In a case of very rare experience I was recommended to try something other than what I was ordering and it was actually super yum.

PS I tried the Peach Cooler and it’s a perfect drink for the summers. Please have it - it’s very light, & refreshing if you are popping into a Tim Hortons

A nice and spacious cafe to catch up with friends. Well located and has ample parking outside. Food / drinks are pretty good and standard for TH. Recommended if you're looking for a place to catch up at JLT.

I woul highly recommand this palce when it comes to the service itself! All staffs are welcoming and here to help. Especially I want to thank for the cleaning person inside the shop since he kept my bag that I accidently left in the store. Really appreciated his sincerity and will visit this place again. ❤️
