Do you feel like eating from Madrasi Food House in Jumeirah Lakes Towers - JLT? ????

Madrasi Food House is one of the best pure vegetarian restaurants, as well as the best South Indian Restaurant.
The food is fresh and tasty. We ordered Rava upma, chilli parotha, puri bhaji, kuzhi paniyaram and filter coffee. The food is quite spicy. Dishes are priced at a reasonable rate. Staff is courteous and polite. The ambience is very soothing. Parking space available outside ✨️

The place has special food for each day (breakfast, lunch, evening snack and dinner) of the week so must try in JLT. ????

Ps: Takeaway prices are different (more) from dining prices. So always ask before ordering.

I like the food, it's simple, non oily and feels very homely. I go there often for lunch.
It doesn't have a great vibe or Ambiance so I wouldn't go there for dinner with company but if your looking for just good south Indian food, then this is a great place.

A delicious Dosa can do everything Better. If you are the one who loves South Indian Cuisine then I would love to advise tou to visit @madrasi.foodhouse once . A newly opened restaurant in @jltbydmcc serves Authentic South indian food . Simple Interior but their flavors are so amazing.

Each and every food item was very Delicious and tempting. Service was very quick and food was served piping hot . Staff was very polite .

Small place, limited menu, average taste except coffee that is great and a very warm and cordial staff. Good for breakfast for nearby residents. The food is actually fine though the chutneys are little diluted. Can try once a while

A small eatery but gives the madras vibes. Attentive service. We had bonda, baji, poori & aloo sabji, meals & coffee. Value for money.
Chutney & Sambar was madras restaurant style. Filter coffee was good too. Overall a hidden gem for tamil tiffin aficionados.

Authentic south Indian food , very fresh and very reasonable.
South Indian songs added to the feel.
It's a place for a very humble experience not like grand ambience n all

Decent place. Your typical Shetty or Anna's joint from India kinda vibe. Good friendly people running this place.
Delicious food. Very Very modestly priced. An unlimited south indian thali is for only 20 dirhams. Good portions. Authentic South Indian taste. Clean - Hygienic.

Definitely not 4+ rating restaurant.

Customer service : 3 (definitely could have improved)

Food : 3 (only 1 dosa came out good out of 3 dosa varieties ordered). Medu vada is good but curd vada was pathetic.

I am a new patient. Speedy and easy registration process. I phoned at 8am to request an appointment and got through after 2 minutes. Briefly explained problem to triage team and had a phone call back within 60 mins to come in to see the GP same morning. Good consultation with Dr Bunger, who was a very understanding and reassuring clinician. I had a phone call from Dr Lawson 2 days later with test results and medication dispatched to pharmacy. Excellent service. Well done.

Called at 10am to literally cancel an appointment, well after the rush of every man & his dog trying to get an appointment. Chose option 3 - Receptionists & was immediately 1 in the queue. Sat there for 45 minutes before calling off my work phone too. Chose option 1 for appointments & was number 7 in the queue. Waited 20 minutes which by this point the other call had reached over an hour AT NUMBER 1 IN THE QUEUE!!! Denise answered and I asked her to please explain how this has happened. She got defensive & annoyed & told me she didn’t know how the phone system worked & it wasn’t her fault therefore would not offer an apology & actually told me to call back later??? This surgery has ALWAYS had a terrible service, rude receptionists (which historically didn’t apply to Denise, sadly this seems to have changed) & having to wait over 20 mins to be seen for your appointment when you arrive early - as they request. Highly hypocritical that they aggressively tell you, you are no longer welcome at the surgery when you miss ONE appointment (happened to my friend when her son was poorly & she couldn’t find a sitter to attend), yet they can provide whatever level of service they feel is sufficient … which is no service at all in this instance. Very surprised this surgery has become worse & not improved at all! Ecstatic that I’m moving house & will never have to contact this surgery again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ADVISE TO GO ELSEWHERE! Fantastic reception team. Phone answered in 1 minute. Link sent for photo. Doctor rang back in 10 mins and appointment 30 mins later. I was seen immediately. From reception to Doctor great experience

Every time I've phoned here the Receptionists have always been helpful and courteous and the doctors extremely good well on to all ????

Always feels like a bit of a struggle with this practice. You feel rushed with the doctors, feel badgered with the receptionists, and in all feel a bit second rate. Its a deprived area you see, with lots of over weight, crisp eating, pop drinking, Morrisons shopping call me a cab whilst im on benefits brigade type people.

If I could give no stars I would. I tried every phone extension number for 2.5 hours and couldn’t get an answer of any . Diabolical. It used to be a fantastic surgery. But useless now !!!

The reception staff are fantastic. Always polite and listens to your worry’s .. even through covid they were fantastic.. I think they need a shout from me .. keep up the good work we need more people like you thank you again NHS ????

If I could give no stars then I would. You can never seem to get an appointment for the doctor when you need one but have to wait weeks and really the same goes for the nurse. Never any appointments on the system think they need to go back to pen and paper or get a better computer system.
