This hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the mall of the emirates. It had a good food court We truly enjoyed our three nights stay. We had an issue when our safe would not open and this was early in the morning. I called the front desk and two gentlemen were in our suite in Less than 10 minutes. Great service and quickly resolved. It meant a lot to us !

Says it all those 5 stars. Great service 24 / 7. Car park. Well located and connected to all routes you need. Excellent rooms spacious, clean and well set up. Only drawback is the shower door opens outwards and not inwards which makes a big difference once you stay there but overall a fabulous hotel.

Really enjoyed my last minute stay at the hotel, I checked in a bit late but was welcome by a great gentleman by the name of Nhamo. He was so friendly and after conversing with him, he was so kind to change my room on. complementary basis. I really liked that as it made me feel so welcomed and special. Truly a great hotel with even greater staff.

Stayed with my family for a week in mid June. Pleasant and peaceful stay.
Have to express my gratitude and appreciation for the dedication of staff member Mr Tahir and housekeeping Mr Ahmed, who always showed concern.
Quite spacious room
HOWEVER, the bathroom needs thorough cleaning and maintenance, and lighting improved .
The bathtub has stains.

Everything is perfect. The hotel offers the best value for the money. The staff is very polite, the swimming pool is always clean, and the room service is excellent. Regards, my Egyptian friend Ahmed.

Room size was very big it was amazing stay and it was well cleaned. When i enter the lobby from b1 its gives good fresh air. Perfect place . Nhamo was very cooperative with excellent customer service ????” i definitely come back again and I will also recommend this hotel to all my family and friends..

Best Hotel in whole Al Barsha Area with Economical Rates but extra nice Service, rooms, swimming pool, Shower Essentials, bath towels, Iron, Prayer mat, big Size extra clean rooms, Coffee, tea and in short every single thing is super amazing.
I Love it very much, that's why once again I'm in this hotel ❤️❤️❤️

Nice hotel. The rooms are decent size and the hotel is very well kept. Top notch and at par with high end hotels in Dubai. Courteous staff as well.
