I have lived in this hotel for the last year because of its good value for money and proximity to the Mall of the Emirates. Transportation is easy to the hotel. The property looked to be well taken care of. The price was very reasonable for the hotel. The room did not have very good insulation from outside noises.

I can't wait to visit again for pleasure. The location was excellent. The amenities are all well kept. Close to the Mall of the Emirates. Location is great for shopping at Mall of the Emirates, accross the road. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The price was great for our budget.

Location is very near from emarites mall & metro station. On arrival after a red-eye flight I was told there might be a room available after someone checked out. The hotel room itself was very clean. The service is super excellentEverything is complete in the room. I 100%% recommend this hotel.

My family and I stayed at the hotel about two weeks ago. Floor tiles throughout chipped badly making the area look grubby. I couldn't get the ***ager to talk to me. We felt there was a general smell of damp in the room corridor. The attitude of the staff was awful throughout.
