The salon is big and clean but the services was disappointing, I came with my mom, at first they messed up our appointments which made us late. We booked for Turkish bath and massage. I been doing Turkish bath from 10 years their Turkish bath isn’t Turkish, it’s expensive and not worth it, in 90 mins the therapist all she did was minor scrubbing for removing of dead skin, she didn’t even soap me for front, she gave it in my hand to soap myself, same happened to my mom, i know only it meant to put it in the private part only but the rest has to be done by the therapist. And the whole process supposed to be laying on the marble bed but they keep making us stand up and my mom told her it’s too slippery. I’m scared to fall. Therapist’s reply was this is how it supposed to be done. In Turkish bath there is also for foam massage included with body scrubbing. We had to pay extra for honey body scrub. The scrub made our skin so dry. Also hair wash with conditioner, the therapist told us to do it ourselves, when you are going to spa it means someone else is doing it for you, otherwise I will have a bath at my home, why bothering going to spa. Even the massage wasn’t peaceful they mess up with other appointments so there was a lady fighting outside which we could hear it inside.

This is my second year as a member at tips snd toes, Al Ain's branch. I moved recently and was looking for another T&T branch in Dubai but almost all branches had negative reviews online and I was not encouraged to risk trying any of them.
However, I called and booked a mani/pedi appointment at Al Barsha's branch.

I rate my experience as excellent. I am very satisfied with the level of service I received. The nail technicians Laila and Katherine were very professional and friendly. My mother did her hair with Abeeda, a very professional technician as well. The massage was good and the place was very clean. I would definitely visit this branch again.

Few Banks offer better discounts on few salons in UAE than prepaid memberships. Worth checking those before signing up on membership.
Have been member for 18 months as it’s convenient to visit different branches. Although few branches have good staff & services, I was not motivated to renew the membership as there was a mis information given during my last visit that my membership is not valid. After I challenged it, they confirmed it’s still valid & was entitled for the services as agreed in membership. Due to some urgent travels I couldn’t visit the salon one of the months and requested to give me some benefit/ service ( even of lesser value) in lieu of what was missed, however the supervisor too couldn’t do much. Customer retention was not on staff’s mind.

I had a wonderful experience at Tips & Toes Al Barsha with special thanks to Fatimah in the hammam and Abir in the hair salon. The services were 5 start all the way (with the exception of comment below regarding additional charges). Note that parking at this location is RTA paid parking with a 4hr limit (which is sometimes not enough, especially with packages and multiple treatments). Also, ask up front about additional costs - it should be advised prior to add-ons but this isn’t always the case.

The reviews are so similar and nothing changes. The only reason why I come here is because its close to home. The staff are not experts they are not trained well and very little self confidence because they dont know what on earth they are saying.

The reviews also dont matter to them as nothing changes. Very weird the staff. They told me that a head or should or leg massage is bad for me it harms the baby as I am pregnant!! However the massages with the pedicure and manicure are save!!!!!

My doctor asked me to get a massage!!!! What kind of training does the staff get I see them move from receptionist to manicurist to somewhere else. No experts anywhere. Really weird...

Well even with this review they still wouldn't care. Just writing you ladies. Please read all reviews and see whats in common between the negative one

Zero focus on customer service. I got an appointment for ombré nail. Reached there, showed the pic of what I wanted to be sure that they can do ombré and the technician took me to the station. After cuticle cleaning, she got one color only and upon asking she told me that she doesn’t know how to do ombré painting, it requires special technician who is not available. I got up and didn’t get the polish done. They charged me full amount of manicure though which was not even the ask. So frustrating and time wasting.

I enjoyed 2 kinds of massage made by Taisha/Taina (I don't remember exactly her name). I also asked for free tea and water with lemon. The atmosphere in the massage rooms is pleasant. The idea of foot massage in the room where there is manicure and pedicure I didn't like because of the bad smell.

I have given 3 stars because I feel like the experience you get here varies wildly on who your beautician is.

Sometimes, I have had somebody wonderful and had a great, 5 star experience. Other times, I’ve left feeling like it was a very average experience. My last time, the lady asked if I wanted an extra coat of gelish on my toes. There were huge gaps and it was obvious it needed another coat! A few things like this happened throughout the experience and I was overall left feeling less than impressed.

It’s a huge operation, with lots of ladies working there who obviously work very hard. Just don’t expect a personal touch.

However, if you find somebody good - get their name and keep coming back to them!

One of the best Sunday roasts I've had! I've been a few times for their roast dinners and every time the food has been fantastic! Always hot and the the presentation always fab! I advise you to pre book so you are not disappointed if they are unable to squeeze you into their lovely small pub as they get very busy! We usually have around a 30 minute wait for the food but to me that is standard if you want decent food, if your after food served in 10 minutes then you might aswell go to a fast food restaurant. Kate will always let you know if the food if going to take a bit longer if they've had a lot of orders around the same time. Kate & Tom are very welcoming and lovely :-) and the bar staff are lovely and pleasant too. I look forward to many more roast dinners here! I've also heard their pie nights are great which I will be trying soon too!

We went for a pre-booked 1 pm Sunday lunch, taking two wonderful friends. We live relatively locally. Our food eventually arrived almost an hour and an half later and was disappointingly lukewarm. The waiting staff were superb but the maitre d’/chef/owner and her co-chef could not have given our concerns less consideration if they’d tried. Book at this pub if you are inclined to be nothing but grateful and appreciative, no matter what transpires nor how long you have to wait to receive your food!

Really lovely place to stay - we loved this pub! Real cotswold pub in just brilliant location and Kate and Tom could not have been more welcoming to us. Thank you - we will be back!

We enjoyed a delicious lunch after walking on the Cotswold Way. Check out "Toms" chicken. The lemon cider was refreshing.

One of the best Sunday roasts I've had in a long time! The staff were very accomodating with some additional requests for our meals, and our two dogs were no trouble for them. Would definitely visit again. Note that the pub recently took new owners, and the quality has gone up significantly. Deserves a much higher rating than it's Google listing suggests in my opinion!

Have always loved this pub since I first went there many many years ago. Glad to find it back in the family and being run very close to how it was in the good old days. A proper pub with a friendly welcome.

This review is concerning the management and check-in.

Due to delayed flight we arrived late, around 11pm, and tried to inform Kate about our late arrival via phone and e-mail, but already at 9.30pm we could not reach anyone. She did not care as we had already paid our room. We arrived to find the inn completely deserted and could not enter to sleep there. It caused as a lot of hassle to search for a room alternative that night, around 3h of search.

Kate was again not reachable the morning after and she did not offer any refund on the two night stay we could not use in the end. She also reacted in a very unfriendly manner. Would not recommend to stay with her.

Terrible experience.

We waited 2 hours for food. Had food given to us and then taken away. When it finally did arrive it was really, really bad.

£17.50 for a tiny, unedible piece of deep fried chicken in a stale bun.

I have never complained before, but the attitude of Land lord and lady was awful. We felt really sorry for the front of house team. No way to treat staff or customers.

Minus 100 stars.
