Very good experience at the Titan watch kiosk, Ibn Batuta Mall...I brought 3 watches for my mother. Much appreciate Mr Razwin for his valuable advice on the products and Mr Sunil for his customer service.

Had a good experience in purchasing the new brand titan edge at this counter. The sales person Razwin was so friendly to the customers and gave a well description of the product.

So i was walking through the Ibn Batuta mall in Dubai. Just saw this shop and asked Razwin ( Salesperson) that where is the Rado showroom. He very politely told me the direction of Rivoli the shop nearby. But he then asked me what exactly I am searching for in Rado. I told him I am searching for Rado Ceramic range in Black. I was shocked to see Titan is actually making ceramic watch in Titan Edge series. The way Razwin showed us the product we were awestruck. It costed me around 1529 AED watch which was worth 2700 AED as far as I remember. The very moment I said Razwin I am taking it. I really thank Razwin to be a Brand Ambassador for Titan in the luxury market section. I took the liberty to take a selfie with him. If you find him in the mall just talk to him you will definitely buy a watch. I hope Titan sees my comment and appreciate this young lad. Kudos to the team.

Nice collections and quality of the watches are too good. Sales agent Sunil was so enthusiastic to explain all the details and offers.

I am astonished to see Titan making such beautiful watches. Especially grandmaster and maritime collections. Amazing explanation by this Staff Mr. Razwin. He was so excited to talk more and more about watches. I would like to thank him for helping me for all the information he shared about the watch that I bought. This 5 staff is for him????????

The service is impeccable. As one would expect with a brand like TATA. Razwin was the person incharge and was an absolute delight to interact with and helped us with the choices.
A must visit outlet at ibn Batuta if one is looking for a watch - the Titan Store.
