If you are a south indian and missing your home food. Dont think twice just go here. Heard this is one of the best south Indian restaurant in Dubai and its deserve that.
We ordered lunch thali and anna sambar and it was good and tasty.

I have ordered morning tiffin from Tnagar Restaurant numerous times, and I must say it is one of the best South Indian restaurants in Dubai. The taste and quality of their food are exceptional, with no compromise whatsoever. Every bite is a delight, and their packing is also top-notch.

However, when it comes to quantity, it's a different story. The portions are quite small. For example, if you order the pongal dish, you'll need to order three servings to fill your tummy adequately. Although the price is reasonable considering the taste and quality, it may not be ideal in terms of quantity.

If Tnagar Restaurant could increase the quantity even slightly, it would undoubtedly become the go-to option for dining. Despite this one aspect, their food remains a true culinary delight that I highly recommend to all South Indian food enthusiasts.

TNagar cafe was easily amongst the best south indian restaurants in dubai. Absolutely authentic taste... lot of restaurants in india also don't make it as well. We had a lot of items, from standard dosas to malabar (kerala) parothas to meals, everything was good. Totally recommended.

Honestly, I loveeeeee their dosa, thhali, and gobi manchuria. The only reason they're getting a 4 and not 5 is cause one of their staff has been consistently rude or rather not interested in serving. I have been here almost 10 times, and this particular staff has always displayed the same attitude. Surprisingly, it's only towards us (kinda racist, ik). I called him out the last time. So, I'm probably not looking forward to visiting here again and on the hunt for a much better place.

I was in Karama near the Post Office today morning, and so hopped into this place for brekkie at around 10:30am. There were not many dine-in customers, probably coz of the timing.

The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The indoor area is neat and clean and is decorated with beautiful wall arts.

I ordered a Sada Dosa for myself and a Vada Sambar dip for the better half, alongwith Filter Coffee and Tea.

The food tasted good. I wouldn’t say this is the best South Indian style veg. restaurant I’ve tried but it was good, nothing bad about it. The sambar, and chutnies definitely tasted different to the other veg. restaurants I’ve tried in Dubai. Obviously, as everyone has their own recipes.

Tea and coffee, though, didnot make it to my ‘so good’ list. Both were too strong and not quite flavorful.

This cafe is a hidden veg gem in Karama.
- Wide variety of food items
- Highly recommended their Pongal & Dosa items
- Seating is congested

Warm staffs, nice ambience, cleanliness is good, food tastes great, they brought the perfect South indian taste in their chutneys.. specifically tomato chutney tastes yummy... there is room for improvement in vada taste to bring the south indian style. Pongal tastes amazing, dosa is great.. sweet is in perfect taste... quantity is enough for one person... but hope they will maintain the taste... till my next visit

Perfect South Indian ambiance (song )???? felt like eating in real Chennai T-nagar area .
Plenty of variety in veggies recipes and best place for vegetarians.
Quick and hot serving
Taste too good ????
Next time we were planning to try there famous kalayana viruthu !!
