One of the best salons in dubai! Very professional, friendly and hygienic. When you do visit, ask for Jenny as she is the best! You’ll not be disappointed with their services????

The WORST experience!
I went to this place from a friend recommendation but clearly, unless you're a blogger, the service and attention given to you is very poor!
I went during EID time on June 2019 and the place was quite crowded but I had still taken an appointment in advance. I had booked for many services as I was preparing myself for my wedding and the ladies knew it.
However, the 2 ladies working at that time were accepting every client that was entering without appointment and were asking me to wait more!
Result : I waited 1 hour and a half before starting my services, my express facial took 2 hours, and so on! I came to the parlor at 3PM and left at 12AM !!!! The indian lady was somehow trying to manage services that she wasn't trained for (blowdrying, manicure, pedicure) but the Philippino lady was really rude and getting frustrated at me because I couldn't wait for her until she finished another unplanned client visit's hairstyle!
She then tried to finish my nail extensions very fast so she could leave and the end result was really really disappointing!!
They had also not informed me at all about their temperature discount that was going on at that time, which I got to know the next day, after paying a non-discounted price!
I was really disappointed overall and keep a very bad memory of those services! A beauty lounge is supposed to relax you but this one was only frustrating !

Very good and professional service. Jenny is fantastic! The place is also kept clean and neat. This is my go-to salon for mani-pedi, waxing and hair keratin treatment.

manicure- too pricey and not worth it at all as the paint chips off in less than a day.
