I have recently purchased a Toshiba 10Kg washer and been dissatisfied from day 1 and filed a complained in regards to the issue. They sent an technician who doesn't have time to check the issue and can't wait for 45 mins cycle to check the issue and goes away. Though in warranty I am requesting to change the machine they as so pathetic and don't even reply now properly. I strongly suggest all never to buy their product and I will be looking forward to file a complaint tonight from the area of purchase too today in Carrefour. It's he been the worst experience ever and truly hate there service. The technician who came here in dubai at my place was Mr. sahil. Very irresponsible and doesn't trust customer when they tell them an issue. So pathetic. I will make sure to raise an awareness not to but such services and faces issues to all. And avoid such irresponsible technicians.

Very Bad brand , i had new Toshiba dishwasher and it used very light . A day before the insurance expired, it start showing error msg (E3) . When I contacted the company, they told me that the warranty had expired for 3 days , and you had to pay the value of the repair along with the cost of the visit to the expert, knowing that I had a Bosch dishwasher for five years and it did not break. I do not advise anyone to buy this brand .

I have problem with my refrigerator purchased one month back. There is an abnormal noise occurring while in operation. I had raised concern and one technician from Al Futtaim visited, captured noise clip and went. While I enquired further they sent me an official letter stating that its normal and noise is occurring during compressor operation. I am very much sure that the noise is not of compressor but something else. I would like to seek support from Toshiba to resolve my concern as does not beleive in Al Futtaim technician and their letter further. We are purchasing brabs like Toshiba due to its brand name.

Very bad quality...we buy the TV since 1 month...and it is hanging frequently....even we call for maintenance...and they changed some part and still same problem is happening.....we need to get back our money...

I have purchase external hard drive 1 TB through online , Its not working now , lost important datas and I got reply from service center , They won’t service beyond warranty period.
