Probably one of the WORST shipping companies out there. So unprofessional and clearly DO NOT know what they are doing.

I had a package delivered through them by a third party service provider who decided to chose them.

Initially, I asked for the package to be deliver to the Barsha Tecom Office, however 3 days later it showed that the package was delivered to the JAFZA post office. Upon rescheduling on their app after 1 day I arrived tk the Barsha Tecom office, ready for me to pick it up.

When I was there, there was only 1 Arabic lady managing the entire office. Everyone had gone out for lunch even though their break timings was from 12-2pm, apparently they were out for lunch till 3pm.

When I asked for my package the lady told me she will check in the back. She took about 10 minutes and tells me the package is not there and for me to wait till the manager comes back.

She says that he is out and will come in 15minutes.

30 minutes go by and at this point I have to leave. I told her that plenty of my time is wasted and I need to get on with my day, if they can please deliver the package to my house when they manage to find it, because I don’t want to waste my time coming back here again.

20minutes after I leave I get a call from a man saying they found my package and it’s ready to be picked up. I said i wasted 30minutes there and driving back would only take up more of my time and if they can have it delivered for this inconvenience caused. He said sure, with no mention on payment and so on.

3 days later emirates post arrives at my door with my package that has to be paid for 30 aed for ‘delivery’ fee which is an absolute joke? 30 aed for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism caused by you?

I told them to send it back to the office as I’ll personally be arriving to have a chat with these ‘managers’ who have their labels on their doors, with NO ONE inside. What a sight to see.

Please try to avoid at all costs. And stick to some of the more professional courier services like DHL, FedEx and so on.

Visited this post office after I guess 3-4 years and this facility is now well systematic, well equipped with latest technology, tracking, scanner etc. but if I would compare my last visit that didn’t had machines what it has now then those days were super fast service that as of today 10-December-2018, there are only two active counters with latest technology systems and both super slow, sometime you regret new system and technology and new manpower.

By the way, I only came to post an registered post for that I waited more than 40 mins whereas in old days this is only matter of less than 5 minutes deal

Update- it took 55 minutes waiting for whole process ????

Very easy access to emirates. Today I go and collect my I'd card very easily.

The staff attended to me is not accommodating and helpful at all. She cannot find the state given in my address in her system so she ask me to verify the address. I asked if i can connect with the wifi to search the state in the internet. But she refused to even search the company to her computer’s internet. Saying there is no internet.

The three stars is because the manager is more than helpfull but the staff is really annoying the rules keep changing. Even after instructions from the manager not helpfull and staff have excuses and their own rules to give the id.

Very bad service, Ladies staff's are busy with mobile phone, also not ready to hear or enquiries.
