Frank Porter is the worst property I have ever rent.

1. Frank Porter has a very bad customer service, asked for the online check-in form 3 times while it was sent.

2. They didn't send someone to meet me at property as mentioned in the reservation.

3. 2 hours to convince the property security that I have a reservation.

4. No place to temporary park your car till you solve the check-in issue.

5. 2 hours calls to Frank Porter call center involving the security to allow me and my family to enter the property.

6. Very bad customer service and long time phone calls waiting

7. Property and Parking access cards not working

8. Property living room bulbs are flashing make headache.

9. Deducted 300AED from my deposit for issue not by us, while no one handed over the property to us.

10. Very Bad after sale follow up and no one will follow up your concerns nor your claims.

11. You have to accept all what they are saying to you as you will have no choice

Great location within 1/2 an hour from airport & few minutes to Dubai Mall in business bay. Tower K has larger 3 bed rooms apartments compared to most other executive tower buildings.
However, west gym and swimming pool has been under maintenance for almost one year. There were also problems with air conditioning that persisted for months during last summer.

A terrible maze of towers that seems deliberately designed to discourage visitors to apartments. Shopoing area is easy to reach but residential area entrkes are unbelievably poorly located and marked, and one has to walk through a lot of active traffic parking area to get to entrances to towers - Noisy, polluted, and unsafe, especially for small kids. No direction marking whaysover. Even residents fet confused by the entrance ways. Decent towers to live in otherwise. Self contained with full shoppimg mall, restaurants and medical center. Good location. Rents are standardmfor Dubai - mostly excessive.

Whenever you want to go or visit there just ask your relatives or customer for parking gate number there are many more parking lot to get in ..so it will be help ful to know rather then keep roaming around the buildings

Have been using Jon’s for the last few years for full services and sticker application - totally unnecessary, but looks great. (Wife’s car not mine!!)
They’re friendly, fast, professional and brilliant value. I recommend them to everyone I know. Fabulous customer service and I love supporting a small local business. Can only recommend. :)

I've been using Jon's for more than four years, always a friendly personal service at a very reasonable price. (And unlike most garages, not moaning about my car's being Citroens... ????)

Had a DRL on my C1 refitted here only 48 hours after calling. Citroen wanted to take off the bumper and replace the whole assembly for hundreds of pounds: Jon did it in 20 minutes for less than a tenth of what Citroen quoted and without replacing any parts. Excellent service!

Rang on Tuesday, explained my issue with Citroen DS4 and requested a quote for ECU diagnostic. Was booked in for Friday of the same week. Arrived and handed over the keys to a very polite, well spoken guy who explained what they would do. Called back a short while later with a full diagnostic report that was explained clearly and precisely. All info was mirrored on the invoice. All for less than 50% of what Citroen dealership (who I don’t trust for past experiences) wanted. Twice the trust, half the price! Will be returning with any work needed on my Citroen. Thank you.

Good guys, know there stuff and don't charge the earth to sort your car out.

Its hard to trust people when you hear so many stories about people being ripped off, but these guys won't do that. 10/10, don't take the car anywhere else.

Drove up without any appointment due to my alternator and fan belt squealing.
Got sorted out perfectly, despite the car being a rare European only Mitsubishi.
Would give 6 stars of possible.
