The worst customer service in Dubai Perfum field, being a customer service expertise my advice to the owner is to change your staff i. bay Avenue if he care about comp-sets and reputation of VPerfumes.
The level of supervision is extremely low, staff are doing free style service and kicking out customers from your store, i feel bad for the company because it’s getting spoiled by such irresponsible acts, i will mention name, it’s something that i never do when i wrote a bad review, but Shaheen was unbelievably rude and had no respect for customers in the store, i didn’t buy but i witnessed how he treated a lady badly, shouting at her and trying to kick her out from the store, i wanted to stop him but i decided to leave and write this review hoping that a supervisory position will see my comment and take immediate action before raising it to Dubai customer gov service. We are in Dubai and leaders of this country themselves pay a higher attention to customer service because this is what makes such country and city leads guest experience domain.

Very rude staff, and manager is rude as well, they have zero sense of hospitality or respect to customers. I’m definitely not dealing with them again, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone!
