I was on a drive on Al Safa road downtown Dubai and the battery got killed while driving and I had to call road side assistance. The assistance was quick though and I managed to reach the Toyota Service station Sheikh Zayed road. There I managed to engage with a dynamic service supervisor Mr Abid Khan. He was quick to respond and fix the problem in no time. I must compliment his leadership and managerial abilities under pressure situations. Well done Toyota Service Centre for keeping such a wonderful human resource in your armory.

I had Body repair issue and Ac issue and My service advisor “ Angelo David “ went above and beyond helping me and making sure i am a happy customer .
He followed up on the car issues and made sure they are all well checked ans solved also he was very professional by giving me the needed advices. Highly recommend him !

Never expected poor service level from toyota. Car was not cleaned. I was told car can be collected at 5pm. When questioned why car was not washed, I was asked back "Did anyone say car is ready"? My service advisor had left for the day & nobody was there to explain repairs I wanted to discuss. Bought this pre owned prado in Dec'22 at 80K mileage where toyota claimed they done all checks. Within 3 months (at 102K mileage) drive belt is claimed to have lost its life. No Attempt made by toyota to absorb this repair but focus was just billing customer.
Never had this low service level in any of previous car brands. Not sure if I have alternative service point in uae going forward.

Excellent service and support was provided by Mr Thamseer. This amazing Service Advisor, understood the difficult situation I was in and supported me in the most kind and effective way, to allow me get my car serviced on the day, without experiencing further challenges. Awesome customer care & support, with empathy, kindness & care for my situation, along with an excellent service. Made a huge difference to my day, week & life, thank you! I really love the excellent Service Team there!

The worst service ever, bought my oand cruiser 2022 model, tge biggest mistake ever, dont get ne wrong the car is good but quality of service us really bad

Get prepared to have your car given back to you in a worse condition. This is my second service with Toyota for my Supra and it’s ironic that the car maker brand treats their own model in such manner. I paid for a service package thinking for sure the brand that made the car will treat the car in utmost care and bring it back even better.

I won’t get into the details of the horrible customer experience I had with an agent that delayed me past my appointment by more than 30 minutes and being very dismissive about it.

I will let the pictures speak for themselves, for reference, there’s a cover that goes over the trunk and all of these parts that are out are meant to be intact in the car, the spare tire cover came back completely stained, the car is meddled with in terms of driving steer wheel height, mirrors, car seats, and they even went and hanged something on my rear view mirror that I didn’t ask for.

This all happened during a working day where I took my break to pick up the car ended up delayed for more than hour, all in all it’s the worst experience I’ve had with a service center.

It’s a shame that such a nice car like Supra is handled by Toyota level service, this is my first and last Toyota.

The agility of the service team is well appreciated . The quickness by which they accept the vehcile for service and deliver you the same after service is commendable. Manu Pillai, the service manager assigned has been very courteous and cooperative and did his job perfectly.

Very reliable car manufacturer.
The only reason why I put 4 stars is that staff tell me different info on the same thing and the sales team don’t provide enough information when they sell you a package.
You just figer out when you get to service your car for the first time. “Dents package”
