It is a-shame after all this years experience they couldn’t manage to have a proper customer handling manner. I have lost my money and my time because of there irresponsible management and work ethic’s.
I don’t want anyone one to face what i face with this company.
obviously the company didn’t not survive this long with the current management or people who runs it now. they a had an amazing master who knew his job by heart and I heard that he went back to his country after working with them for the last 30 years. now they brought a new mast who don’t have any communication skills and the management team so arrogant and don’t care about anything. it looks like they are pushing people out so that they have less work and responsibility to take care of. after I made my samples and approve for production we decided the quantity and sizes distribution. But what they gave me shocking. they gave me all a
broken sizes. they gave me 10 pieces from
one size and the other one 0 ??? their reason was the master is new and take it or leave it kind I
lost over 1000 AED just for fabric and they don’t want to take the responsibility at all. so I was
left with no choice.I wasn’t able to take it . the worst experience I had with them. I managed to talk to the owner and she has no clue how they deal with clients.
