I bought a carry on from Tumi. The wheels broke down and as they offer a life time warranty on their products, i went to the MOE branch and they took the bag back to get it fixed. I spoke to Shadi & Maamoon who both seem clueless. They tell me my bag was collected and i never took it back. Next second they tell me they dont have the spare parts to fix the bag and have no clue when they can get the wheels. When i told them its been more than a month, Maamoon told me to suit myself!!!! Extremely rude!!! I never ever in the past 39years living in the UAE have i ever experienced such treatment from any store!! Dont ever go to them!! So incompetent!!!

I have bought a laptop bag worth to 2,500 AED, unfortunately it’s very bad quality, got scratched in first use and they refused to fix it or change it.
I advice you to go for a better quality shops …

Quality bags and I have recently purchased the larger briefcase in the ballistic nylon. I am very happy with the product. I have a rucksack too, which is about a year old and a small leather clutch. I also have the small briefcase in the same nylon which I purchased in 2008! It still looks amazing, albeit a little beaten up but this adds to the character. I can certainly recommend for quality and durability. I found the staff very helpful and Dred has always been amazing. Not somewhere you make regular purchases as the items are functional and you buy for life but I can say they will last and can be repaired if they do fail after much use.

Something for everyone and super welcoming. They've put in so much work over the last few years to provide a really broad set of trails for beginners to advanced riders. Nice work! Well worth a visit and the coffee is right up there as well! What's not to like. Full Face helmets recommended for the bigger jumps but the reds and blues are super fun as well. I'll have to bring a smaller bike for the pump track next time!

Great place! Park is lovely and the staff are incredible. Amazing prices. The coaching was fantastic particularly for the little ones..good range of trails.

More geared up for kids and families.
That said, fall from heaven is huge
Kids coaching is 1st rate

This place is absolutely mega, the owners are very laid back and just want you to have a great time. And great bang for your buck, definitely recommend the glamping pods, full electric hook up.
Get your self booked in!!

Great day, fantastic pump track with plenty of jumps and fast flowing berms. We also did the blue and the red trails which were short but sweet! The bike shop is awesome and staff are really friendly. Really good cafe area and snacks. BONUS!

A great range of well maintained trails suitable for all abilities. Long overdue in the area but very welcome! Very good facilities and parking too, will be back soon.
