It is one of the best restaurants in Dubai. It is a high quality ،resturant and a very delicious taste. Some products can be purchased, such as virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar extracted from the finest types of dates

Taste sure is amazing.

Staff was so helpful.

If you like dates I will recommend Bateel but the price sure little hire but it deserves ????????????????

Customer Service is AWESOME!! Maam Bianca, Maam Roni and Sir Niño assisted us very well. They answered all our question. Kudos to all staff. Must visit. ????

I had a breakfast at Bateel cafe and I tried their green shakshouka,, it was delicious, the green dressing/sauce was so tasty along with green advocado and beans topped with eggs and herbs,, definitely will order it again, also had breakfast tea with a dash of milk... the service was top-notch.
During other visits, I ordered their date pudding and date latte, both were very nice...

Located in such a competitive place as the Mall of the Emirates and in a competitive city like Dubai, it is surprising that such outlets are able to survive. I ordered Bateel Breakfast (priced at AED 79) but it looked and tasted very basic, more like from McDonald's. Service too was more in line with a food court. In short, I do not recommend this outlet for breakfast and regret not going to Paul.

If you guys had a chance to visit Mall of Emirates please try this amazing dates shops. They have many selections of dates with all good and tasty filling. The staffs who took my order was really nice as well

If you want a big quantity please make sure you order in advance and collect at their delivery time iso of waiting to pack the product.
