I recently visited the store in festival city and it was the best experience ever. Great offers and excellent customer service.
I'd like to thank both Mr Mohamed Habiba and Mr Mohamed Khalifa for all their help. They were both extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. They are highly skilled and know exactly how to help you get what you want.

We have used this shop twice to purchase gasses for my daughter. the last pair broke after 3 months. We returned to seek assistance, but were told we could not be helped. Very poor after service. i will not return to the chain.

I went there yesterday and AMAZING service! Mila was very very very helpful, attentive, friendly and so patient as I went for my daughter glasses. She gave many choices for her to try and suggested the right choice. My daughter is so happy with her glasses. Mila and all the employees and the gentleman who measured the IPD also very polite. And they gave me the prescription glasses in 30 minutes! Simply Amazing Service! Thank you! And will definitely come back when needed and will suggest and recommend to all my friends!

Hello,
Great experience with UAE OPTICS in festival city, very professional Staff, Rami and Ludmila were very professional and helpful helping me with the right choices for my progressive eye glasses.
The Indian woman who took the measurements was amazing as well .
I m very happy with my progressive eyeglasses and there amazing service.
I highly recommend them!

Without a doubt one of the Best customer service I’ve received from UAE optics DFC.
Right from the Manager to the 2 Indian staff they were kind and patient with my order with follow ups.
I had got a wrong prescription from Dr Sami clinic and based on that prescription I had my glasses ordered but after receiving my glasses I was still not able to see completely clearly
Thanks to UAE optics they had it replaced for me with a correct prescription.
Also Thank you Esaad for choosing UAE optics DFC to be on the list.
